Mohammed Aviation Agencies was established as a Travel Agency on the 18th April 2007 in Dhaka, Bangladesh with the express purpose of representing itself as the General Sales Agent (GSA) in Bangladesh for Ras al-Khaimah (United Arab Emirates) based RAK Airways.

The GSA agreement between Mohammed Aviation Agencies and RAK Airways was concluded on 18th November 2007 and the carrier launched its inaugural flight to Dhaka under the Limited Open Sky Policy on the 29th November 2007. Ever since, RAK Airways has maintained a thrice weekly schedule from Ras al-Khaimah (RKT) to Dhaka (DAC) i.e. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday’s.

Due to growing demands and success of its Dhaka operations, RAK Airways PJSC launched its flight from Ras-Al Khaimah to the Bangladesh port city of Chittagong on the 15th of March 2008. There are three weekly flights on Sunday, Monday and Thursday.

Mohammed Aviation Agencies has total staff strength of thirty individuals to cater to its City and Airport operations. It current passenger traffic to Ras al-Khaimah and onwards to Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the Emirates, have seen great successes in numbers of passenger uplifted from Bangladesh by a new airline.
